It connects to factory machines via OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP, PROFINET and REST API, monitors temperature, vibration and current data 24/7, and detects anomalies early. Alerts go out via WhatsApp, SMS, email and push notifications, with automatic escalation to managers when there is no response. Features include predictive maintenance, production recipe tracking, root cause analysis (RCA) and natural-language queries. It integrates with existing PLC, SCADA and ERP systems and goes live in about 15 days.
